My Personal Background
Kenneth L. Thomas
I am a preacher of the gospel, and a math teacher for Coffee County Central High School and Volunteer State Community College (adjunct faculty). My wife, Judy, is an assistant buyer at PFGLester (Formerly Kenneth O. Lester Company) in Lebanon, TN.
We have four grown sons, four grandsons, and one granddaughter. All live in Middle Tennessee.
I have preached for the churches of Christ since 1963. In 1998 I began serving Sharpesville Church of Christ, 5001 Halls Hill Pike, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Beginning in January 2005 I began preaching for the church of Christ at Beech Grove, TN. Beech Grove is a small congregation which meets just off I-24 about halfway between Murfreesboro and Manchester TN. It is my aim to help them regain enough members that they can revive their former vigor.
One of my interests is to send out a nightly Bible question. I am now sending the questions to four e-mail group lists as well as a personal list. Over the past few years these questions have been archived on the SaintsOnline list. More recently the questions are being shared with the church-of-christ list, Bible Trivia list, and ChurchofChristchatroom list.
I am also a member (past-president) of the Murfreesboro Lions Club (Evening club meeting at Cannonsburgh).
